At IRONSKIN, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original condition with no damage
- Unused (we are fine with you installing to see fitment but they must not be used)
- With original packaging and tags included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@ironskin.au to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order and return your original item using the process above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
